About Us
S.T. Hopper was established in 1926 by Stanley T Hopper, the son of a Yorkshire jeweller who came to Boston in 1920. His policy was “quality first” and the name Hoppers quickly became a familiar one throughout the county for reliability and value for money.
We pride ourselves on the care and professional advice offered by our staff. As a renowned diamond specialist our range of diamond and gem set jewellery in both gold and platinum is extensive.

In 1968 Hoppers took possession of 49 Market Place it can be seen here as Woodthorpe, a coal merchant.
The building gets a ‘modern’ make over and proves to be a huge success. After 50 years in the jewellery trade Gerry finally retires from the company in 2001.
